Implementing CRM Theory into practical Sales Improvement and Customer Retention Programme.
On 17th February 2011, Second CRM workshop held at Plug & Play Technology Gardens, Kuala Lumpur saw great start with 30 professionals from varied business organizations including MDec, 1001techIPvox Sdn. Bhd., MSC Technology Centre Sdn Bhd, Technology Park Malaysia and IMAGNIA Holdings to name few.
Second CRM workshop broadly had two focus areas with first session on basic myths about not implementing CRM and 3 step approach towards successful CRM implementation. Second session explained on how to choose best fit CRM for your business and touched Second CRM application at a glance along with various functions available.
This was half a day workshop organized by SoftSolvers and TeaM to create awareness among Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) about the On-Demand Customer Relationship Management or CRM solution. Deep tried to evolve needs of the CRM in their business and how CRM helps them with a complete solution providing a single system for managing their leads, sales pipe line, campaigning and customer interactions which results in higher profitability.
The workshop was well received by the active participants, who were enthusiastic in taking their business to the next/higher level. A healthy discussion of many hot topics like Cloud Computing, Data Security and leveraging technology to improve business processes wrapped up this highly successful workshop.
