Year End Wrap Up 2017!


It seems like 2017 had just started and here we are in the last week of the year. Looking back at the last twelve months, it has definitely been a very interesting year for us. Growth has been our key focus and we are happy that we have achieved a multifaceted growth.

Not only has there been growth in terms of headcount and clients, we have also grown in terms of product offering. Today, we are pleased to announce that we have a number of industry specific CRM versions that have been built with many of you in mind.

These industry specific CRM systems incorporate the best practices from within that industry bundled with CRM best practices as well as all processes from within that specific segment. This, in turn, becomes a ready to use system that provides an all rounded automation across the various business areas.

Unlike conventional CRM’s that needs to be customized to match the business requirements, here customers have a choice to opt for something that is ready to be used. This invariably reduces the onboarding cost as there are lesser man days involved in order to get the CRM system up and ready to suit the business processes.

We have deployed these industry specific systems in some of our recent implementations and those corporations have gained tremendous confidence in the product. This is a huge endorsement for us and we shall be sharing these success stories in the weeks to come. These case studies shall not only speak about the product but also as to how the solution has managed to resolve many of their pain points that have been around for years.

These pain points are not new and we are sure that there would be many more corporations out there that are facing the same kind of issues in their day to day operations. We are confident that these case studies would be able to give them an indication as to how digital transformation can move an organization by leaps and bounds.
