8th October 2010 – The Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM), inaugurated in September 1999, has been at the forefront of developing the local CRM and contact centre industry in Malaysia. Every year CCAM presents Awards to identify, recognize and honor distinguished members of the Malaysian contact center industry who have with innovation, persistence and focus taken customer service to new heights.
This year, during 11th CCAM Awards, a new category was included “Best CRM Implementation” and among the major industry players, there was one smaller player was selected as finalist, after multiple rounds of evaluation by local and overseas judges. The journey started last year when MYOB was looking for migrating from Seibel CRM and was evaluating many Solutions available in the market.
