MYOB is the leading provider of business systems to small and medium sized businesses in Asia pacific region, including Singapore and Malaysia, delivering business solutions to more than 40,000 businesses and accounting firms. Throughout 17 years of solid growth, the client-centric vision of the company remains the same today as the day its founders began their quest to empower business owners with products and services to make business life easier and more rewarding. In 2009, the customer was planning to replace their expensive Siebel CRM to cost-effective CRM with functionality at power to branded systems available. SoftSolvers was engaged to implement Second CRM and provide customizations and maintenance services.

SoftSolvers proposed Second CRM system, a Cloud application services or "Software as a Service (SaaS)" deliver software as a service over the Internet, eliminating the need to install and run the application on the customer's own computers and simplifying maintenance and support. The areas covered in the implementation are Sales Management, Marketing Automation and Customer Support.

The unique aspect of the approach is to identify the high impact, low risk areas’ and reengineer them towards the ‘To Be ‘architecture, so that the customer can reap benefits fairly quickly. The system went live in less than 3 weeks.

Technology Platform

SoftSolvers used web based Second CRM available on Cloud with five essential characteristics: on-demand self-service, broad network access, resource pooling, rapid elasticity, and measured service. In concept, it is a paradigm shift whereby details are abstracted from the users who no longer have need of, expertise in, or control over the technology infrastructure "in the cloud" that supports them. Cloud computing describes a new supplement, consumption and delivery model for IT services based on the Internet, and it typically involves the provision of dynamically scalable and often virtualized resources as a service over the Internet.

EWRF undertake charitable activities that improve the welfare of the less privileged and conduct research on issues that would contribute towards the well-being of Malaysian Society.
