In 2009, the customer was planning to replace their expensive Siebel CRM to cost-effective CRM with functionality at power to branded systems available. SoftSolvers was engaged to implement Second CRM and provide customizations and maintenance services.
SoftSolvers proposed Second CRM system, a Cloud application services or "Software as a Service (SaaS)" deliver software as a service over the Internet, eliminating the need to install and run the application on the customer's own computers and simplifying maintenance and support. The areas covered in the implementation are Sales Management, Marketing Automation and Customer Support.
The unique aspect of the approach is to identify the high impact, low risk areas’ and reengineer them towards the ‘To Be ‘architecture, so that the customer can reap benefits fairly quickly. The system went live in less than 3 weeks.
