This feature can be used to spread a message across all the users in Second CRM. Administrators can notify, declare, or publish an announcement to all the users throughout Second CRM.
To publish an announcement:
- Click on the icon at the top of page.
- On the left sidebar, click Other Settings > Announcement as shown below:
Provide your Announcement text (your message), in text space and click Save.
After refreshing the page, you will see the message scrolling on the top of the Search Field as shown in the figure below. Along with the Announcement, users will also be able to see the username of the admin that created the announcement as a prefix.
