Company Details

The Company Details feature allows you to input several companies’ details in Second CRM, allowing users to select from an available picklist when they create any quotes, invoices, purchase orders or sales orders in PDF.

To add new Company Details:

  1. Click on the    icon at the top of page.
  2. On the left sidebar, click Templates > Company Details.
  3. Click on the + New Company Detail button and enter all the information. Fields marked with an asterisk [ * ] are mandatory.


  4. Once done, click the Save button.

There are four modules which relate its records to Company Details, which are Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Purchase Orders. You can select any Company Details from these modules.

For example, select Company Details at Quotes module:

  1. Go to the Quotes module at the navigation area.
  2. Click on the Edit button and you will be redirected to the editing information page as displayed in the figure below.
  3. Scroll down to the "Company Details" section and select Company Details from an available picklist as shown below.


  4. Once done, click the Save button.
