Digital Marketing Specialist

Position : Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital campaigns according to strategy and business objectives
  • Coordinate creation of digital content including website, newsletters, visual assets, blog and video content

The 3 divisions currently we are looking for are:

  • Content Marketing Specialist
    This is someone who knows how to promote things and get the word out via digital channels. You will manage and execute content campaigns around our brands on social media, ads, emails, copy, webinars and blogs.
  • Creative Media Specialist
    This is someone who loves moving fast on all things creative. You will use your visual skills to ideate, create and execute on creative designs, layouts, video content, websites and landing pages.
  • Performance Marketing Specialist
    This is someone who uses data analytics to can strategize manage performance marketing campaigns. You will increase traffic and conversions with paid ads, analytics, SEO and growth hacking.

Requirement :

  • 2 years of experience as Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Media Executive or a similar role
  • Passion to grow in areas of marketing including email, content, performance, and product marketing
  • Knowledge of media editing tools like Photoshop, Final Cut and Canva
  • Experience with social media, visual communication and design best practices
  • Experience with content management and CMS
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Ad Words, SEM Rush/Moz and Facebook Ads Manager

Business Analyst

Position : Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand our products (Second CRM & Agiliux), in terms of its capabilities, configuration options, implementation process, etc
  • Interview Customer for requirements gathering, clarifications and firming the scope
  • Upon receiving a new project, understand and analyse the requirements, perform gap analysis, create SOW, effort estimation and implementation strategy
  • Creating wireframe for new features, working with UI designer to create designs, along with developer for technical feasibility
  • Working with developers to implement the designed features, customisations and integrations
  • Working with project manager (sometimes you are the project manager) to create project plan, resource allocation, coordinating with customer on delivery dates, communication, ensuring cross all hurdles to meet the committed deadlines
  • Continuous coordination with all parties, during UAT and before Project Go Live
  • Over the time, expectation is for you to be able to start managing the projects independently

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Minimum 1 year as Developer and 1 year as Business Analyst / Project Manager in B2B or Enterprise software development (Accounting, HR, CRM or ERP like apps)

Business Development Executive

PHP Developers

Position : PHP Developers

Job Responsibilities

Supporting Project/Team leader in application design and development role in the following:

  • Development, Support, Maintenance and Implementation of Second CRM Customer Projects.
  • Design and Development of new features and modules in the core Second CRM Product, along with enhancing the existing features set.
  • Gathering User Requirements, System Analysis and Design, development and customisations, test and deploy.
  • Prepare Technical Design documents and implement the same.
  • Prepare Unit Test cases, execute and prepare Unit Test reports.
  • Work very closely with Business Analyst and Project Manager in delivering the right outcome in the specified timeframe.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in application testing, development, maintenance and enhancement.
  • To attend meetings and discussions for the above related applications with SoftSolvers and other related parties.

Requirement :

  • 2-3 years total development experience
  • Minimum 1 year as Developer in B2B or Enterprise software development (Accounting, HR, CRM or ERP like apps)
  • Strong working knowledge in writing object oriented PHP code, efficient JavaScript and ajax scripts, complex sql statements, webservices, authentication, etc.
  • Used to proper software development process, agile and test-driven development, usage of GIT and disciplined team development and release process.
  • Experience developing websites using CMS, CodeIgniter, dreamweaver or even Laravel and other similar frameworks is not counted
  • Preferred to have worked in Implementing vtiger CRM, Sugar CRM or Suite CRM for midsize companies.

Intern – Developer / Technical Support

Position : Intern – Developer / Technical Support

Job Responsibilities

  • You’ll start with refreshing and refining your development skills on web based software development using PHP, Java Script and My SQL. Along with this, you’ll be also trained on our core product Second CRM.
  • Then you’ll start with simple things like testing, documentation, support and simple coding assignments.
  • If you perform well, you’ll be given bigger programming tasks and hopefully shall be able to join our development team, after successful completion of your internship.

Note: Depending upon your interest we can put you for real coding/sql queries stuff or bit less technical tasks like product support, but in both cases, we do need you to have the basics of PHP/MySQL, so have to study and come for interview.

Requirement :

  • Just completed or in final year of any relevant degree.
  • Our core requirement is for web based software development and you need have strong interest and good knowledge about PHP, Java Script and MySQL and secondly we need a minimum of 6 months internship, as upon completion, we consider hiring full time, depending upon performance
  • MUST have done at least one completed project (including FYP) using PHP, where you’ve written PHP and javascript code and sql queries yourself
  • Experience developing websites using CMS, Codeignighter, dreamweaver or even Laravel and other similar frameworks is not counted

Outbound Sales Specialist

Position : Outbound Sales Specialist

The Outbound Sales Specialist will be mainly doing sales over the phone selling/promoting Softsolvers products and services directly to new potential customers & existing customers. This requires working closely with all departments in Softsolvers while pushing direct sales revenue stream to consistently achieve and exceed monthly personal sales target.

Key focus areas include working closely with internal teams in:

  • Meeting individual direct revenue target monthly.
  • Achieve overall agreed recurring revenue target.
  • Meeting all outbound KPIs consistently including quality target.
  • Efficiently execute task related to each contact point of the customer contact cycle program.
  • Successful completion of direct campaign programs.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting.

Key attributes required:

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum university Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related subject.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of telemarketing experience.
  • Proven track in achieving sales targets.
  • Preferred knowledge in IT related industry.
  • Must be a team player with the right attitude.
  • Must be able to demonstrate first-hand experience of all the attributes listed in
