In Singapore, their products are distributed through a group of trained Wellness Consultants and Enzymes Therapists via Mobile Wellness Team and WHB Regional Centre. WHB company specialized in distributing enzyme health supplement through the brand “NeutriZymes”.

The Challenges

WhereHealthBegins Pte Ltd (WHB) has been looking for a CRM system to consolidate the resources and refine their business processes. Previously, the company was using spreadsheet and paper-based practice to keep track of the customer engagements but it proved to be inefficient and inadequate. The traditional method of collecting data was creating silos of inaccurate and out-of-date information that was little use to the business in an increasingly competitive market. They were also looking for an automate system that would enable them to create invoices and various business reporting.

The Solutions

WhereHealthBegins (WHB) chose Second CRM as the company’s CRM solution. While providing a single, centralized platform for recording client information, Second CRM also offers a more affordable system needed by the company to increase their workflow efficiency and improve communications throughout the business. From Contact all the way through to Report, Second CRM is a fully integrated sales and customer service package that WHB completely utilized to assist them in their business transaction.

  • Using the Contacts module, each and every one of their customers’ information are stored accordingly in an easy-to-access manner. This allows WHB to focus their business drive on opportunities instead of repeat data entry and task duplication. Besides that, Second CRM allows the company to send e-mail directly through the module with only one-click, without the hassle of searching through hundreds of contacts in the address book.
  • WHB’ team of staff are now able to keep up-to-date with the long list of their exquisite, top quality products. In this module, they can view all the comprehensive data related to their product such as the Product Name, Commission Rate, Quantity in Stock, Quantity/Unit and, Unit Price of the products. The team can also directly create quote, invoice and sales orders from the product requested. Not only that, they can choose to either import the invoice in .pdf format or send it as an email attachment to the customers.
  • Second CRM’s Reports module gives the company the power to stay ahead of the game with their organized and no-hassle reporting system. The team can generate report based on either the sales or the quantity of the product being sold effortlessly rather than analysing multiple spreadsheets and paperwork for numbers and figures.
