We are just back after the Lunar New Year holidays and we hope that all our Chinese friends had an amazing time with their loved ones. Being in Malaysia is indeed wonderful as we get to be part of the multicultural festivities that happen all year long.

It is almost the end of February and not too far away, we would already be looking into the next quarter. Despite having been a relatively short month, February has been a good month for us. There has been a lot of new engagements and some good partnerships have been underway which we would be announcing soon.

Amidst all of this, there have been a number of implementations that have gone live as well. Today, we are pleased to share another case study on a client of ours, AmTrust Mobile Solutions, that have digitally transformed their entire global operations using Second CRM. Being a multi-country operation, AmTrust Mobile Solutions needed to work with a right technology partner that could help them transform their global operations and to take their business to the next level of automation and innovation. We worked very closely with their Top Management and Operations team sitting in each and every country to ensure a successful rollout.

Nothing could be left unattended. Each and every process needs to be thoroughly understood as we are now dealing with not just a single country and their financial regulations but multiple countries. A lot of time was invested in ironing out this part so that there was no aspect that we had overlooked.
