Last Wednesday, we had a fabulous session with the Tech Start-Up community in Cyberjaya. Having been organized by The Launchpad, this session drew like-minded individuals who were earnestly in search of knowledge that would help take their business to the next level. The topic for the evening was The Importance of CRM for Start-Ups and the knowledge sharing session was presented by Deep.

Deep is the Founder and CEO of Soft Solvers Solutions, an MSC status company that provides a cloud-based suite of digital transformation solutions to businesses across Asia and beyond. He has more than 20 years of industry experience and has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region.

Having been in the industry for over two decades, Deep was able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to that session that tremendously benefited those budding entrepreneurs. Instead of the usual rigid learning methodologies, this knowledge sharing session was built on real-life examples. The entire session was jovial and that helped loosen up the participants to communicate as well.

The session was not only limited to the importance of having a CRM system in place but it also extended beyond that and areas like Business Automation as well as Digital Transformation were discussed. In fact, after the session, the participants had an opportunity to sit on a one to one basis with Deep and shared their entrepreneurial problems as well.

Having once been a start-up, Deep was able to relate to the problems that he had faced then and how he grew out of those to be where he is today. This kind of insight and hand-holding is an extremely valuable takeaway for the participants, something that many ‘Gurus’ charge a hefty sum for.

The look on the young entrepreneurs as they left the session had a very gratifying effect. We would surely love to do more of this. If you’re one who runs a co-location center and would like to have us do a knowledge sharing session, please feel free to reach out to our team at +603 8687 4433 or email us at sales@secondcrm.com.

With this, we shall be signing off for the week and Thank you for reading this blog of ours. Till we meet again with a new blog post, here’s wishing all of you a blissful weekend.
