Yesterday, we delivered a talk at the SME Innovation Stories Series that was held at WORQ which is located in Glo Damansara and the reception that we had received had been overwhelming. We are truly thankful that we had been constantly receiving such warm reception in all the events and talks that we had been participating and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your kind support.
The attendees were a mixed crowd that came from start-ups right up to public listed companies and they were a very receptive and interactive audience. The topic for the day was on Providing High-Quality Customer Service through Integrated Communication Strategy.
Instead of the usual lecture style of deliverance, this talk was structured around case studies that narrated actual success stories of today’s organisations. This case study is very relevant to today’s organisations due to the rise of newer customer support channels such as social media, email, website, instant messaging, and phone.
Having had multiple avenues for customers to air their grievances, it is important for organisations to have an integrated communication platform that helps provide a personalized customer service using a complete view of the customer’s cross-channel experience. This has also allowed companies to provide consistently high-quality service across all channels to their customers.
Having had more than 20 years of industry experience and expertise in the Asia Pacific region, Deep was able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that had tremendously benefitted these budding entrepreneurs. Deep is the Founder and CEO of Soft Solvers Solutions, an MSC status company that provides a cloud-based suite of digital transformation solutions to businesses across Asia and beyond.
The attendees not only received valuable information during the session, but the one on one discussions that happened after the session was even more valuable as they were able to tap answers from Deep that were relevant to their industry and immediate problems in hand. The overall energy was at peak throughout the event and we were very excited to be part of it.
