It seems like the year had just started and now, here we are at the close of 2019. 2019 had been an interesting year for us at Second CRM, both in terms of customer acquisition as well as product releases. Firstly, we would like to thank all our customers for having supported us for all these years. And a very big Thank you to the new customers who pledged their confidence in Second CRM and came on board throughout this year.
In addition to the new customers that had come on board, the team itself had expanded and therefore, more effort has been put into R&D and product enhancements. We are fortunate to have a bubbly and dedicated team that are totally dedicated towards achieving the organizational goals. As such, the dedication towards work and the immense team spirit that is at play at all times is truly inspiring. A huge thank you to all our team members for their great motivation.
In terms of product enhancements, there has been a major upgrade to the existing Second CRM with a total changeover of look and feel and lots of new features have been added. In addition to that, an entire new product suite of Office Automation had also been added thus further enriching the functionalities already available in Second CRM.
Alongside the standard version of Second CRM, we have also come up with industry specific solutions that address the operational needs that are very unique and specific to these verticals. Each and every one of these solutions address the day to day operational pain points that are faced by companies in these industries.
These industry specific editions are Second CRM for Higher Education, Second CRM for Retail & eCommerce, Second CRM for Engineering Services, Second CRM for Property Management, Second CRM for Insurance, Second CRM for Investment Management, Second CRM for Manufacturing & Distribution, Second CRM for Specialized Clinics and Second CRM for Training & Event Management.
These industry specific solutions have helped many of our customers solve almost all their day to day operational problems and helped improve their productivity and invariably profitability. In fact, for some of these industries, we have even developed special mobile apps. For example, Second CRM for Engineering Services comes with a unique mobile app that is designed to specifically work for their Field Service Management. Technically, it has been a year of great leap for us and we are now equipped with so many new solutions to assist a whole range of industries.
On the 13th of October 2019, during the Annual E-Commerce Awards organized by the Selangor Information Technology & E-Commerce Council (SITEC), Second CRM had been presented with the prestigious award of Malaysian Top E-Commerce Service Provider in the CRM Service Category for 2019. This is another moment of pride for all of us in Second CRM and certainly a huge endorsement of our solution.
Overall, it had been a great year for us and with all these new solutions that we have to offer, we are certain that next year would be an even greater year.
