Cancellation & Refund Policy

Soft Solvers will provide refunds only based on the below terms and conditions which are an extension of the Master Service Agreement. An official request to be submitted for any anomalies and the company reserves the sole discretion on entertaining such requests.

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

Cancellation of a subscription can result in a refund if the cancellation fits within one of the below conditions:

  • For subscription with monthly billing, if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the last billing date, a full refund will be awarded.
  • For subscription with monthly billing, if cancellation is requested after 7 days of the last billing date, a pro-rated amount for the remainder of days of the contract will be awarded.
  • For subscription with 6 months billing, if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the last billing date, a full refund will be awarded.
  • For subscription with 6 months billing, if cancellation is requested after 14 days of the last billing date, a pro-rated amount for the remainder of days of the contract will be awarded.
  • For subscription with annual billing, if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the last billing date, a full refund will be awarded.
  • For subscription with annual billing, if cancellation is requested after 30 days of the last billing date, a pro-rated amount for the remainder of days of the contract will be awarded.

USER MANAGEMENT

Adding new users will not result any refund related actions. Removing users can result in a refund if the removal of users fits within one of the below conditions. If the No of Active Users in CRM are less than or equal to the New Reduced No of Users

  • The Account Balance will be updated with the amount calculated from the remainder of the billing cycle for the removed users
  • There will be no immediate refund, but the balance will be deducted from the next payment.

Note: If the number of currently Active users in CRM are more than the new requested number of users, customer will be asked to make the required users inactive, before proceeding with the request.

CHANGE BILLING CYCLE

Changing the billing cycle from monthly to 6 months, 6 months to yearly, or from monthly to yearly will not incur any refund. Changing the billing cycle from yearly to 6 months, 6 months monthly, or yearly to monthly subscription will incur a refund.

  • The Account Balance will be updated with the amount calculated from the remainder of the billing period
  • There will be no immediate refund, but the balance will be deducted from the next paymen
