As I recall during the MSC Malaysia Great ICT Sale 2009, a marketing event organised by Multimedia Development Corporation at KLCC, where we soft launched Second CRM, I happened to meet Ms. Kala Ramalingan who was working then as marketing manager with MYOB South Asia and she enquired about our Second CRM product and features.
