As I recall during the MSC Malaysia Great ICT Sale 2009, a marketing event organised by Multimedia Development Corporation at KLCC, where we soft launched Second CRM, I happened to meet Ms. Kala Ramalingan who was working then as marketing manager with MYOB South Asia and she enquired about our Second CRM product and features. After few days we received call from their office for product demo and we prepared ourselves the best we could as it was really a dream customer for us to work with.
