Learning @ Second CRM sessions are conducted at Second CRM office (Cyberjaya or Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur) on monthly basis. Learning at Second CRM sessions are fast paced Instructor-led courses provide optimal learning conditions for subject matter and hands on sessions. Learning at Second CRM sessions are taught by Second CRM Experts or trainers certified by Second CRM. Learning at Second CRM sessions are taught half day (four hours) in an in-person classroom setting.
Free Public Workshops
Second CRM organizes OYB or Organise Your Business Workshops, free of charge or with minimal to cover refreshment expenses, along with industry partners. These half day workshops are intensive short duration workshops where we don’t just talk about CRM concepts but how they can be implemented usefully in your day to day operations to Organise Your Business.
